Brooke Trayer, M.A.,BCBA
Brooke graduated from Saint Joseph’s University, in Philadelphia, in 2017 with Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Autism Behavioral Studies. She continued her studies at Saint Joseph’s University and graduated with her Master’s degree in Health Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. She recently joined the Garden Academy team in September of 2022. Before coming to Garden Academy, Brooke worked for a public school district in NJ for 3 years as a district behaviorist.
mabel Etuknwa, M.A., BCBA
Mabel Etuknwa received her Master’s degree in Special Education from Texas A&M University and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2021. Mabel has experience working with various individuals from ages 3 to 21 years since 2015. Her passion in behavior analysis is treating severe problem behavior and B.F’s Skinner’s analysis of Verbal Behavior. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and playing video games.
CAitlin chambers, M.ed, BCBA
Caitlin Chambers received her Master’s of Special Education with a Concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis at Rutgers University, and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2020. Caitlin has worked with individuals with autism from ages 3 to 21 years old in a variety of settings. She has experience with assessment and treatment of problem behavior, skill acquisition, staff training and caregiver training. Her passions include assessing and treating severe challenging behaviors and skill acquisition of communication skills. Caitlin enjoys volunteering and fostering rescue animals in her free time.
Samantha Breeman, M.A., BCBA
Samantha earned her Master’s in Teaching from The College of New Jersey and her Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Caldwell University. While at Caldwell University, Samantha participated in the development of several research projects. She joined the team at Garden Academy in 2017 and obtained her credential as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2019. Her experiences include assessment and treatment of challenging behavior, staff training, parent training, and developing skill acquisition programs. Currently, Samantha is pursuing her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis. Her research has been published in Behavioral Interventions, Behavior Analysis in Practice, Journal of Organizational Behavior Management, and Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Victoria sisti, M.A.,BCBA
Victoria Sisti received her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Caldwell University in 2018 and her BCBA in February 2020. During her time at Caldwell University she conducted her master’s thesis which taught adolescents a generalized repertoire of empathetic responding. She presented her research at Berkshire Association for Behavior Analysis and Therapy and Association for Behavior Analysis International. Victoria gained her BCBA in February of 2020. Her experience includes the assessment and treatment of severe problem behavior, social skills, and staff training. She is the Classroom Supervisor in Classroom D. Victoria has been at Garden Academy since 2017.
Allen Porter, M.A., BCBA
Allen Porter earned his Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in 2016 and his BCBA certification in 2017. Between 2013 and 2018, Allen worked on the Neurobehavioral Inpatient Unit at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in Baltimore, MD. During that time, he actively participated in assessing and treating severe problem behavior, supervising staff, training parents, and developing, implementing, and disseminating research in ABA. His research has been presented at the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) Conference, as well as published in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis (JABA). Allen joined the Garden Academy clinical team in the summer of 2018, and he currently supervises Classroom E, which focuses on preparing our oldest students for adulthood.
