Mike Divito: Transition Coordinator
Mike Divito has worked at Garden Academy for 8 wonderful years. His roles at Garden Academy have included being a Paraprofessional for the students in Classroom E for 8 years to being the Assistant Structural Learning Experience (SLE) Coordinator for the past 2 years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Kean University, which he earned in 2009. Mike is excited to see what the future holds for him as he continues to advance his career at Garden Academy.
Deborah Aldiero RN, BSN, CSN: School Nurse
Mrs. Aldiero received her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Seton Hall University and became a Registered Nurse in 1995. She went on to earn her NJ School Nurse Certification from Seton Hall University in 1997, while employed as a nurse in the public school sector. After spending years in the public school system caring for students and seeing the growth of students with multiple medical issues, she then took a position at the David Gregory School to specialize working with students diagnosed with autism or other special needs where she remained until 2012. Deborah briefly went back to the public school system where her children were attending. Wanting to return to working with special needs students and the autistic population she joined our team this March. During her career, she has had vast experience with the student population and students with multiple health needs.
Rida Jaffar: Administrative Assistant
Rida Jaffar is an Administrative Assistant at Garden Academy. She has her MBA from Forman Christian College (2016) and Bachelors in Business Administration from University of Lahore (2014). She had over two years of years of Administrative experience before joining Garden Academy.
